Add core09 configurations and preprocessor updates

getting the actual places where footprint should be pointing to, this is 
only a guess though, plus order of points can not be taken as granted

will still be imprecise of there is a no-data "ring" around the actual 
raster values

attempt to at least approximately georeference using a footprint from gsc when everything fails for core09

[preprocessor] override projection from mapping against metadata.xml entry when no .dim, .prj or .tif files

split into two internal collections (false_color and true_color)
use NIR_RED_GREEN rendering for false_color products
