Product level requirement update for single level products

The product_level is currently mandatory even for single level collections. This causes two collections to be created all pointing to the same data eg.:

EXP__TRUE_COLOR
EXP_Level-2__TRUE_COLOR

Figure out a way to normalize this in the templates.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
