Adding comments to the users guide from Geoville report:

• ArcMap WMS integration guide (time support...)
• QGIS TimeManager integration more screenshots of setup
• add example of custom rendering WMS of dim_range / dim_bands
• example of query of opensearch with polygon/bbox query
• add complete diagram for view server (to operators guide)

Also manual generation of user-guide (html + pdf) automatically copy (and replace) the contents of build to the client/html/
