currently clashing with rasdaman because of packages needed for both

all eox packages require these 3 repositories to be enabled

Added basic readme, renamed build folder and added it (and it's relevant subfolders) to version control

Switched from sharing the whole rpmbuild folder to only share the specs, sources, rpms and srpms subfolder, because there is an error with symlinks and shared folders
