Mention yum-builddeps for installing build dependencies, set a link to the puppet/modules directory in the documentation

Made project selection more easy, updated puppet code to select which modules to include (now based on a facter variable)

Added basic readme, renamed build folder and added it (and it's relevant subfolders) to version control
