Registrar can only register products from the configured swift object storage container

It is now not possible to register a product from arbitrary container for configured swift object storage definition, now we use

The bucket could be a part of STAC item href (bucket/object_path).

Why?:

This feature would bridge a gap, where in vs deployment on PASS, we have older products on buckets named data10-data26. If we wanted to re-register existing products (there is no need to do it now though), it would not be possible.
