Modified the Prometheus exporter to work with smartctl install on the new cluster. Tested on frieren3.eox.at

Modified the prometheus_exporter role to avoid an issue with nginx and the prometheus-node-exporter service not using the proper port, placing restarts of both in the right spots

Debugged and modified the exporter role to correctly handle tar balls with a directory inside instead of just the file

Modified the restarted state into started to avoid the issue with a service that was never started before being re-started.

Added patroni prometheus exporter and scraping through nginx and certs with little trick in the /etc/hosts

Added a blacklisted_exporters variable and a task to remove now unnecessary/unwanted exporters from the /etc/prometheus_exporters.yml file

Added a condition for the dns task that the right variable is set to dns. Removed dc1 from the set fact in plain text, getting variable from group_vars.

Update/Correction of bugs to make the frr exporter functional from a call of the frr/haproxy roles. Changed the blackbox exporter not to scrape meru3.

Added the new FRR Prometheus Exporter automated Installation and scraping. Tested on two servers, scraping works for both. Corrected a mistake for the scraping of fail2ban. Next step: define the targets and create Ansible sections for Alpine and Redhat cases.
