Emg prod types

• adding fix_geotrans method from old preprocessor, if xres=0, yres=0, fix geotransform, rotating image
• updating registrar to allow registering into coverage type (in case list is supported via config) with matching number of bands based on actual image band count
• redo emg_init db schema, removing product types with _bandcount in it
• fix registrar storage creation for swift when no container configured, removing - sign
• fixing registrar version and bumpversion config
• extract subdataset step now takes the generally configured data_file_glob
