Ensure that system tests test reasonable image versions
Currently the system test is run in main, but it will install the latest tagged images with the current chart. This behavior made sense in the old repo structure, but now it's just confusing.
There are 2 ways of fixing it:
- Only run system tests on tags
- Find a way to run system tests with current images.
- We could push an image for each commit tagged with the commit, but this would produce a lot of images
- We could use the latest image, but then concurrent runs might influence each other. Since we only push for main, it shouldn't be too bad, but then system tests also only will work for main. I would suggest we go for this
