Updated libjpeg-devel to libjpeg-turbo-devel

Cleaned up build dependencies by removing the require statements

Made project selection more easy, updated puppet code to select which modules to include (now based on a facter variable)

Added a simple way to switch between different set of build dependencies using a custom facter fact.

currently clashing with rasdaman because of packages needed for both

all eox packages require these 3 repositories to be enabled

Switched from sharing the whole rpmbuild folder to only share the specs, sources, rpms and srpms subfolder, because there is an error with symlinks and shared folders
