not sure if this ever worked before or just new helm version was failing, but this is a fix

to not bloat the chart

to avoid unnecessary changes in CI runs of config generation

removed from supplied values when creating registrar config

Previously, it was set to null in that case

values for path based registration

updated docker image
updated ci/cd stuff
